Why are you called Olea Blue?

The name 'Olea' comes from the Latin word for olive tree, a timeless symbol of peace, healing, and longevity, often associated with Mediterranean coastal regions. 'Blue' reflects the calming, serene essence of our sea-inspired brand, evoking the tranquil harbour-side where we are located.

What important things should clients know to prepare for their massage, and are there any tips for after their session?

  • To prepare, please ensure you arrive promptly for your pre-treatment consultation; I unfortunately cannot accommodate on-the-day bookings or walk-ins.
    For your safety, please note that certain medical conditions may lead to refusal of treatment, which will be discussed in your consultation.
  • Payment is accepted via bank transfer or cash. I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. After your session, we recommend relaxing, avoiding strenuous exercise, and drinking plenty of water to enhance detoxification and rehydration, maximising the benefits of your massage.
